  • Chips and Salsa – Freshly made tomato and corn tomatillo salsas.  $4
  • Guacamole, Fresh Salsa and Chips – Guacamole made to order served with Pico de Gallo and smoked corn tomatillo salsa.  $6
  • Copper Fox Nachos - Huge portion of corn tortilla chips piled high with Cheddar and Asadero cheese, homemade green chille, black beans, soucr cream, guacamole, and pico de gallo.  Choice of shredded pork or Sowthwest chicken.  Full Order $11.5 Half Order $7.5
  • Chicken Finger Basket - Large chicken breast tenders fried golden brown with French fries and two dippin’ sauces. Chipotle BBQ sauce, Buffalo, Teriyaki, Ranch or Honey Mustard.                            $8
  • Mellow Mushrooms - Baby Portobello Mushrooms Stuffed with herbed cream cheese and shrimp then baked with white wine.   $8
  • Rock Crab and Artichoke Melt – Succulent rock crab folded with a creamy cheese blend and artichoke then baked until bubbling. Served with baked pita chips for dipping.  $8.5
  • Calamari Diavlo- Panko breaded calamari steak strips served with a spicy sri racha mayo and orange-garlic dipping sauces.  $7.5
  • Chicken Chipotle Quesadilla – Roasted poblano peppers, grilled chicken breast and chipotle with Asadero Queso grilled between soft blue and yellow corn tortillas.  $8
  • Buffalo, Teriyaki, BBQ Chicken Wings – 10 meaty wings lightly floured and fried golden brown then tossed with your choice of one of our sauces.  Served with celery sticks and bleu cheese dressing.  $8

  • Cheese Fries - A mound of fries topped with Cheddar cheese with Sri Racha dipping Sauce. -    $7.5     
  • Green Chili Cheese Fries - A mound of fries topped with Copper Fox pork green chile, Asadero and cheddar cheeses and Cilantro lime dipping sauce.      $8.5
  • Onion Rings - A special blend of Panko breadcrumbs & seasonings.  Served with a rasted tomato aioli.  $6

Salads

  • Homemade Dressings: Cilantro Lime, Ranch, Bleu Cheese, Grilled Tomato Vinaigrette, Honey Mustard, and Soy Lemon.
  • Cobb Salad – Greens, Avocado, Applewood smoked Bacon, cheddar cheese, Maytag Bleu Cheese, ripe tomato, cucumber and hard-boiled egg.   $10
  • Teriyaki Chicken Salad Crisp Romaine, Asadero cheese, ripe tomato, cucumber, shredded carrots and fresh grilled pineapple. We top it all with a chicken breast grilled in a sweet ginger teriyaki sauce. With honey mustard dressing.   $11   
  • Sante Fe Salad – Chicken breast seasoned and slightly blackened with Sante Fe Rub then served with fresh sliced avocados, grilled corn salsa, Pico De Gallo, frijoles Negro and Asadero cheese drizzled with cilantro lime aioli.  $11
  • Buffalo Chicken Salad Romaine lettuce, cheddar cheese, shredded carrots, bleu cheese crumbles, ripe tomato, and cucumbers. Topped with crispy chicken tenders tossed in our homemade spicy buffalo sauce. Your choice of dressing.  $10
  • Pan Seared Ahi Tuna – Fresh tuna seared to medium rare and sliced atop mixed greens tossed with a soy-lemon vinaigrette, and fresh seasonal vegetables. Then drizzled with a light Dijon. $11
  • Shrimp Fajita – Large white shrimp dusted with ancho chile seasoning and sautéed with sweet peppers and onions, served with fresh sliced avocados, grilled corn salsa, citrus salsa, Pico de Gallo, frijoles Negro and Asadero cheese drizzled with cliantro lime aioli.  $12
